COMP-LAND for armoured wheeled and tracked vehicles of KMW + NEXTER Defense Systems

INFODAS GmbH handed over the first test unit to KMW in Munich for armored vehicles such as the BOXER. The 8×8 Group Transport Vehicle (GTV) BOXER is a highly modular platform. BOXER is marketed by ARTEC GmbH and is a joint venture between Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles.

The bi-directional SDoT Security Gateway Express and the unidirectional SDoT Diode are designed as COMPACT-LAND (COMP-LAND) for tactical use in vehicles such as the GTV BOXER or PUMA IFV, weapon systems as well as extreme environmental conditions. Moisture, heat, dust, mud or altitude are thus no obstacle to digitization and data exchange in this field.

Thanks to its compact design, the network transition can be integrated at various points in the vehicle and easily operated.
