SDoT Security Gateway nominated for German Innovation Award

The submission of the SDoT Security Gateway convinced the jury: The high-security product from infodas was selected for the German Innovation Award 2019 in the category medium-sized companies. The Wirtschaftswoche, together with Accenture and EnBW, will award this important prize for the tenth time this year at the end of March in Munich’s Kesselhaus. In the eight nominated companies come from various exciting fields, from networked pathology to robots for space travel, everything is included.

The winner will be chosen from the categories start-ups, medium-sized companies and large concerns. In addition, the organizers will award the special “Future Thinker”

SDoT connects networks
The Secure Domain Transition (SDoT) Security Gateway product offers the right solution for this. It is used at the highly sensitive interface between two differently classified networks. As a “secure network transition”, the SDoT Security Gateway guarantees that only those data can flow between the networks that are permitted to be transferred from the point of view of security protection. The SDoT Security Gateway enables bidirectional data exchange between networks with different protection requirements. After several years of joint evaluation during development, the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) has issued the first “general” authorisation for SECRET. The SDoT Security Gateway 6.0 is therefore the first and only bidirectional security gateway on the market for which full approval for SECRET has been granted.

By the way: The SDoT Security Gateway is currently in the approval process for EU and NATO SECRET.

The entire team at INFODAS GmbH is delighted about this special nomination.
