Use cases.

A customer in the defense field uses different command information systems to support military command processes. The aim was to harmonize these systems in order to be able to provide a uniform joint force system for national and multinational deployments.

Recording, evaluation, quality assurance and consolidation of the complex requirements of such a system, deeply interconnected with critical infrastructures, were jointly carried out and implemented. The consolidated requirements basis enabled a successful tender and contract conclusion. In addition, this set of requirements provided a basis for verification and common understanding.

To support the ambulance rescue chain, a “medical service command and deployment system” was created, which was to be integrated into an existing command information system. In order to ensure that all requirements for the migration and functionality of the integrated system were met, we supported the verification process based on the existing requirements and the creation of test cases.

A customer in the defence field operates security domains in its IT landscape, which have to support interfaces with each other and with other highly complex IT infrastructures of nations or organizations. Observing defined standards and regulations when linking two different IT infrastructures poses both a technical and organizational challenge for the customer. We supported the customer with a focus on IT project management and ensured successful implementation.
