Requirements elicitation and analysis

Through creative, targeted workshops and other elicitation techniques, we develop the functional and non-functional requirements together with the German Armed Forces stakeholders. Our requirements engineers help to ensure that these requirements are consolidated, valid and appropriate. This not only supports the immediate project goals, but also aligns them with the overarching enterprise architecture of the organization. This ensures sustainable integration into existing IT landscapes and strategies.

Requirements management with Require.7

In order to record and manage requirements efficiently and to a high standard of quality, we are working with proBIN to develop Require.7, a software solution tailored to the German Armed Forces that enables transparent tracking and consistent change management. This also promotes the mutual integration of requirements into the IT architecture and tool landscape, thereby enabling faster and more agile solution finding.

Creation of service descriptions

Based on the requirements determined, we support the German Armed Forces in the creation of specification-compliant service descriptions. This methodology implemented in Require.7 forms the basis for tenders and award procedures, but also ensures that all defined requirements are clearly and reliably formulated in the bidders’ specifications and can be used as the basis for an objective and transparent tender evaluation.

Requirements-based testing

We support the customer in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the verification process. In doing so, we ensure that the tests and inspections are closely linked to the requirements. For verification and validation, we use effective methods in reviews, surveys and scenario-based testing.
